Sorry. Get ready for about 80+ photos of good clean FUN.
15,000+ came out for the 3rd CicloSDias!
I’d love to tell you about every single one of these photos but I wouldn’t even know how to start. I hope they speak for themselves and show just how beneficial CicloSDias truly is. What an active, social, community building, and positive event right? The sense of community that is gained with the loss of cars is insane. And I mean, just look at the photos! notice all the local businesses with bicycles all lined up out front. Doesn’t it remind you of when you were younger and you could find your friends by their bikes laying out front of their house? How in the world could you not want to live by bike? And yeah I know it’s not possible for everyone but hey, CicloSDias is a step.
CicloSDias “is a chance to re-purpose streets for biking, walking, skating, and start to think about what’s possible to change our roadways and to make them accommodate more modes of travel than just cars,” said Andy Hanshaw, executive director of the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition (UT)
Super thanks to everyone who came out, the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition, and all the exhibitors / local business that helped make this happen.
Already can’t wait for the next one. Can’t we just do this every Sunday? Or at least once a month.
