“WE’RE A PACK. NOT A MASS.”
We’re not trying to ‘take back’ the streets – they were never ours to begin with. The Awarewolfs aim to co-exist with cars and understand that drivers will not respect bicyclists until bicyclists respect the rules of the road.
Car and bike can co-exist. We try our best to exemplify this mindset on our Fullmoon Bikerides.

THE AWAREWOLFS IN THE PRESS :
“The Awarewolfs…aim to promote safe cycling and mutual respect between cyclists and drivers… Nothing revelatory or earth-shattering, but it’s nice to see the often opposing ethos of hip and responsible in the same place.” – Urban Velo LINK
“Less than 10 minutes into one recent ride, a pack of 20 cyclists started howling as riders raced along streets in University Heights. It’s the kind of group that rides through storm drains and plays games like limbo-on a bike, of course…” – San Diego City Beat LINK
